# What's The Maximum Path Length

Yes. Zee Drive supports the Windows maximum path length of 260 characters, and it supports the SharePoint Online maximum URL path length of 400 characters.

Due to the different path length maximums between SharePoint Online and Windows, users may run in to issues with long SharePoint Online paths accessed via a Zee Drive network drive on Windows. This is a limitation of Windows, not Zee Drive.

Some Windows applications, such as Microsoft Excel, have more strict path limits and rules. So whilst Windows may support a path length maximum of 260 characters, Excel may not.
