# Shared Files And Folders From Your Network Drive

Files and folders that have been shared with you by colleagues from your organisation, can be accessed directly from your
space.vars.PRODUCT\_NAME
network drive in Windows File Explorer. Shared files and folders are grouped by the name of the colleague that shared with you, making identification of whom shared with you simple.

Files and folders are shared from the network drive connected to your corporate OneDrive files via the
space.vars.PRODUCT\_NAME
File Explorer context menu.

After sharing a file or folder with a colleague, it will show in their *Shared With Me* drive, under a folder bearing your name.
