Overview Of The Partner Console

All subscription administration functions are accessed via the Zee Drive Partner Console. The Partner Console is accessible only when Zee Drive is activated on your computer.

If Zee Drive is not already activated on your computer, then first activate it to access the Partner Console.

To open the Partner Console, locate the blue Z icon in your Windows system tray, then click the icon to pop open the Partner Console:

After clicking the blue Z icon, the Partner Console will show. All the administration functions are accessed via the What do you want to do? button, otherwise known as the action button.

The administration functions of the Partner Console can be divided in two categories; functions for the administration of the Partner Subscription itself I.e. set up and manage your colleagues on the Partner Subscription. And secondly, functions for administering your customer subscriptions.

When clicking the "What do you want to do?" action button on the status screen of the Partner Console, if you are a Partner Subscription administrator, you will see functions related to the administration of the Partner Subscription such as setting up partner users and managing Partner Subscription administrators.

For all customer subscription administration related activities, click the "Manage your customer subscriptions" option from the action button and you will navigate to the main hub of the Partner Console; the customer subscription listing page. Selecting a customer subscription then clicking the action button will show all the customer subscription administration functions:
