Zee Drive provides a context menu in File Explorer when right clicking on a file or folder in your Zee Drive network drive. The context menu provides context sensitive actions for the item you have right clicked on such as open in browser, view version history.
For the Zee Drive context menu to show the context menu needs to be enabled by your Zee Drive subscription administrator. Your administrator can check if the context menu is enabled by choosing the option Customise the end user experience -> Customise the File Explorer context menu from the Zee Drive administration console. After it has been enabled, restart your Zee Drive by choosing the restart option from the Zee Drive action button. After Zee Drive has restarted, check to see if the context menu appears.
If the context menu is still not showing it could be that File Explorer is running in elevated mode. Open Task Manager, click the Details tab, locate the explorer.exe process and see if the Elevated column is set to Yes or No (if the Elevated column is not showing you can add the column in Task Manager).
If File Explorer is running elevated then the context menu will not show. To stop File Explorer running in elevated mode check your UAC setting as this can cause File Explorer to run in elevated mode. If your UAC setting is off try setting it to full, then sign out of Windows and back in again.
For the default Windows administrator account you may have to enable a local security policy. Open the Windows Local Security Policy application, expand Local Policies and then click Security Options. Enable the policy called User Account Control: Use Admin Approval Mode for the built-in Administrator account then sign out of Windows and sign back in again.
On Windows 10 and earlier, if the drive is being accessed via the UNC network path rather than via its drive letter then the context menu will not show. Open the context menu by navigating the drive via the drive letter not the network path.
