Administration Console

All subscription administration functions are accessed via the Zee Drive administration console. The administration console is accessible only when Zee Drive is activated on your computer.

If Zee Drive is not already activated on your computer, then first activate it. You will need your username and activation code to activate Zee Drive.

To open the administration console, locate the blue Z icon in your Windows system tray, then click the icon to pop open the administration console:

After clicking the blue Z icon, the administration console will show. All the administration functions are accessed via the What do you want to do? button, otherwise known as the action button.

To access the administration functions, click the action button. If you find there are a restricted set of functions on the action button, this indicates you are either not the administrator of the subscription, or, the computer is activated as a hot desk computer or desktop server.

In the former case, you will need to contact a Zee Drive subscription administrator and ask them to assign you administration privileges if you want to administer the subscription, or, in the latter case, you will need to activate your computer as a personal computer to access the administration functions.
